Being client for long time. However, their service changed. I wear lenses, but they gave me prescription for glasses, which I cannot use for lenses. As well it's missing all the metrics to order glasses. I also couldn't order glasses from them since my insurance doesn't work with Rosslyn Vision. Now I have to find new place to do another vision exam for lens prescription. Such a headache.
Now called Eye Cru. Why can't all businesses be this good? I began going to Rosslyn Vision years ago at their old store. But I moved and my optometrist is on the other end of the city so I ended up getting glasses with them. After several less than happy experiences I came back to Rosslyn and can't imagine going anyplace else again! They are so professional, accommodating, patient and at very reasonable cost.
