Great experience from reception to vet tech to vet. Highly recommend
I had a bit of an urgent situation with a dog today. I called Rosslyn Vet to see if I could get in right away to get meds for the dog. I had never been there before. They were so nice, and got me in right away, without charging an emergency fee(some do).They took a sample from the dog, and within minutes, tested it, and gave me the meds he needed. Dr.David Moore, and all the staff I dealt with were wonderful. Thank you.
Wonderful experience with all staff, great customer service, which i appreciate immensely. It felt personal and warm, which also matters to me. My only issue (so small and insignificant) was there was a cover plate missing from an electrical outlet in the room i was in, and my child was being ridiculous, trying to put his fingers in there. But completely irrelevant to the amazing people and positive experience i had.
I went there and they're staff are amazing, friendly and very understanding. Thank you all that you do. I'll go there again.
I know that Dr. Charlene Stevens is a relief vet, but she was absolutely WONDERFUL to my dog Quinn and I today. She's very knowledgable, personable and you can tell she loves animals. I would like to know her schedule to make her my full time veterinarian! Thank you so much for the help today. As usual, the person at reception was also lovely, even on the phone. I can't say enough good things about this clinic!
