Kris and his crew were absolutely the best! This is the second time I’ve brought my Tesla Model X in for collision repair, and they’ve impressed me both times. The first time, they repaired the front, and this time it was the liftgate. Just like before, their communication, professionalism, transparency, and patience were all outstanding. They make the process smooth and stress-free. That’s why I keep coming back and remain a loyal customer. They’re amazing, and honestly, saying that is still an understatement!

I had a generally positive experience working with this shop, and Patricia in particular was great throughout the process. She was professional, responsive, and very helpful in communicating updates during what was already a stressful situation. I do want to offer a word of caution to future customers...if your vehicle is deemed a total loss, make sure to confirm in advance whether storage fees will apply and when they begin.
