I highly recommend Rosslyn Auto Body for repairs of high-end, late model cars, including PHEVs. Rosslyn did a great job with my vehicle and was a huge help navigating insurance payments. My car came back to me in original shape.
I have used Rosslyn Auto Body for several repairs and they always provide great service and a job done right
First, the work to bring my car to its original state was stellar. But more importantly, Veronica and Chris were so helpful and communicative the entire time, especially when I had miscommunications with my insurance provider. When that happened they stepped in and corrected everything. I felt they took the extra time to make sure everything was handled in a way that was best for the vehicle and also my out-of-pocket expenses.
I struck a deer in my Rivian R1T, damaging the front bumper, side panel, A/C, charging port, etc. I took my vehicle to Rosslyn because they are a certified Rivian repair shop. The personnel at Rosslyn were friendly, professional, and responsive in working with my insurance company. The car was expertly repaired, it looks great, and overall I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Thank you Rosslyn Auto Body!
