These guys really do good work and have great customer service.
These folks were in my corner all the time. They worked very hard to get the insurance company to make a move reasonable payout. The repair certainly looks great from the outside and the car drives fine. Would certainly recommend them
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They scheduled my appointment and then failed to honor it, making the entire process a complete waste of my time. What made it even worse was the front desk staff—they showed no urgency, no accountability, and absolutely no interest in fixing the problem. Not even a simple apology or attempt to offer a solution. If this is how they treat customers with appointments, I can’t recommend this business to anyone. Completely unprofessional and incredibly disappointing.
