I cannot recommend this GP practice highly enough. The doctors here are the most amazing, genuine, caring and professional I have ever seen. I absolutely love Dr Munoz and Dr Prabha, but every doctor I’ve seen has been excellent. I have always felt truly heard, supported and cared for. The admin staff and nurses are consistently polite, friendly and helpful, which makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Dr Haines has been incredibly supportive professional and very thorough. He’s the best doctor that I’ve ever had.
Dr Tom of Munoz Medical (Rosslea Medical Centre), is friendly competent and extremely thorough and professional. The front of house staff are always welcoming and happy. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for the people in this practice.
Caring, friendly and on-top of everything especially when it comes to DVA. From the administration staff to the nurses and doctors, the whole team display a friendly & welcoming but professional vibe. Dr Munoz is a pleasure to see for my monthly appointments. Nothing is ever to hard. Highly recommend!
The most efficient and compassionate team from reception to the nurses and the doctors. They are all very understanding and accommodating to all of my needs. I can’t say enough good things about them.
