Booked a phone appointment for 3pm. It's now 6pm and I am still waiting for the call. I'm relying on this call so I can get a medical certificate and not lose a days wages. Incredibly stressful in these trying times. I hope someone there reads this and takes a moment to think about what they are putting people through and endeavours to do better.
