While the staff at Rossiter Road Medical are friendly and polite, the constant appointment cancellations are extremely frustrating. My appointment has been cancelled four weeks in a row now, and since the doctor only works two days a week, it’s very difficult to reschedule. I work as well, so finding a suitable time is already tricky — and having appointments repeatedly cancelled makes it even harder. It’s disappointing because the clinic seems nice, but the reliability just isn’t there.

The doctors are good. However, the wait times are quite long — even with an appointment, it can take over an hour to be seen. This makes it difficult when you have kids with you or other plans scheduled.

This is our favourite family medical clinic. The staff are always friendly and reliable, and the doctors truly treat patients with the care they need. The doctors are not only highly skilled but also very supportive and approachable. The pathology team is also excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend this clinic.
