She was over an hour late for an appointment AT HER OWN OFFICE, she NEVER returns calls and actually asks her clients to friend her on facebook and contact her that way! she has quite a mouth on her, she wears less than casual clothes to court (embarrassing) and once in court, she will do the exact opposite of what she tells you.
