Brand new dresser purchased and the drawers never opened and closed correctly. They tried fixing it and now it’s falling apart a year and half later
Top notch costumer service! From start to finish couldn’t have been more pleased with the establishment. The salesman was very insightful and helpful with the purchase and the delivery team was on time in and out no mess. Wonderful experience and plan to use Rossie Furniture for future purchases.
Did not honour their own return policy. Owner of the store said that they would not accept a return because it was placed in the home. Where else would it have been? It was purchased assembled at the store, never used and purchased a week ago. We wanted store credit. We will not purchase from here again.
Amazing customer service firstly!!! The woman at the front desk immediately came to my attention and assisted with my entire purchase from start to finish. Delivery and set up of furniture was quick and to the point. Quality of furniture for the pricing was outstanding!! The gentleman who delivered the furniture were polite and professional.
