We agreed on a price and a date for them to provide their service. After four days of no communication from them, they messaged me increasing the price by 50%. This left me with less than two days to try to find a cleaner before my guests arrived. Very unprofessional. Not good communication. Do not trust them. I wish I could give them zero stars.
If you're looking for a new cleaning crew call them! They were great! Prompt and efficient!
