While I love Heather, and everyone in service, I feel like I bought a new car with nothing but problems. I’ve had 4-5 Honda cars and this one has to be the worst one. Bought the “brand new” car in December 2024 and I’ve had to take it back and forth to service with MULTIPLE problems. At least 6-10 visits to service for a new car!! Multiple parts replaced.
