Always great service and friendly associates
I had some major concerns with my Yukon XL. Jeff the service manager listened to my concerns very attentively and assigned the job to Jim the technician. Jim very thoroughly trouble shot and inspected my vehicle as a matter of fact Jeff also at one point was looking over the vehicle with Jim. They calmed my fears and put my concerns to rest. I greatly appreciate the expertise and efforts of these men. Thank you.
Just brought my truck in for an oil change and they did it really fast so that was appreciated. But every time I go to leave they try to charge me even with having the Gm service package. It never seems to show up. The other times it happened they fixed it and apologized for the inconvenience. But this time they made me feel like I was crazy for even suggesting I had the service package. ... Just had my oil & filter changed on my Chevrolet K - 1500 Pick - Up . Tire rotation & pressure check ( 35 lbs .) was done as well .
Brought the vehicle to be checked. Was checked as soon as I got there. The technician explained to me his findings. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Pleasant experience
