Just brought my truck in for an oil change and they did it really fast so that was appreciated. But every time I go to leave they try to charge me even with having the Gm service package. It never seems to show up. The other times it happened they fixed it and apologized for the inconvenience. But this time they made me feel like I was crazy for even suggesting I had the service package. ... Just had my oil & filter changed on my Chevrolet K - 1500 Pick - Up . Tire rotation & pressure check ( 35 lbs .) was done as well .
Brought the vehicle to be checked. Was checked as soon as I got there. The technician explained to me his findings. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Pleasant experience
After multiple visits over approx 3 years of the issue "unable to be duplicated" with no resolution, finally got the issue resolved. Had to actually go and take the technician in the car after it was there for weeks in order for the issue to be diagnosed and fixed. Unfortunately, this happened to resolve other issues as well. Multiple visits with unable to duplicate as a response, before the issue was fixed. These were a water leak and something with the front end.
