Rossi's has gone way down. I was recommended by a large dealership to go to Rossi's as they would be a lot less expensive to fix my car and for normal maintenance. I was so appreciative that I was lead here. Over the past few years I have noticed prices rising and today was the last time I will use Rossi's. They refused to give me an estimate for an issue I was having with my car and insisted I needed to bring it in to diagnosis it even though I had the dealership tell me what was wrong. If I could give no stars I would. Horrible and unprofessional customer service and their costs are higher than factory dealership costs. Do yourself a favor and shop around first. Bad Business. STAY AWAY!!!! Buyer beware!!! Check out their better business bureau reviews and Google reviews too. I'm not the only one! Better business bureau reviews when they were in West Greenwich also show the same owner Ken Rossi, to be arrogant and unprofessional person.STAY AWAY
