I had an appointment at 9:#0. I got a call at 4:30 and oil change was not completed. They needed another day in order to complete the job.

I had a rack and pinion done two and a half years ago paid over $900 to have it done and yesterday my rack and pinion went let go found out today that it was all cracked and that it was a cheap part that they sold I would not recommend anybody going to have any work done they overcharge people and they don't fix the parts properly and they keep having people come back charging more money for the parts that they fixed even though they're not proper parts that they fixed

Rossi's has gone way down. I was recommended by a large dealership to go to Rossi's as they would be a lot less expensive to fix my car and for normal maintenance. I was so appreciative that I was lead here. Over the past few years I have noticed prices rising and today was the last time I will use Rossi's. They refused to give me an estimate for an issue I was having with my car and insisted I needed to bring it in to diagnosis it even though I had the dealership tell me what was wrong. Brought my car to Rossi's Auto Care on 1/12/17 to have it Diagnostically tested because the vehicle would not start after having a ball joint drop. Made it VERY, VERY clear that I only wanted the vehicle diagnostically tested---no repairs were to be made to the car, just call and let me know what was wrong. Was given a quote of $89 for the diagnostic testing. Later that evening, I received a call asking me to bring in the spare keys to the vehicle to check to see if the keys needed coding. If I could give no stars I would. Horrible and unprofessional customer service and their costs are higher than factory dealership costs. Do yourself a favor and shop around first. Bad Business. STAY AWAY!!!! Buyer beware!!! Check out their better business bureau reviews and Google reviews too. I'm not the only one! Better business bureau reviews when they were in West Greenwich also show the same owner Ken Rossi, to be arrogant and unprofessional person.STAY AWAY
