We live in Hernando Beach and Rossi AC is our go to company. Jaden is always professional he really knows his stuff offers thorough and efficient service. We just had our yearly service and he did try to sell me a bunch of other stuff. No high pressure sales. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Reviewing two jobs. The first was an emergency where they fixed a plugged drain line and added a uv light. Equipment pricing was standard markup, but the labor pricing was very reasonable. They instructed on my many questions about being a first time heat pump owner, so I feel confident on the maintenance needed going forward. The second was the new uv unit stopped working after a month. They sent someone immediately to make it right. The unit was troubleshot and replaced immediately at no cost. First off my appointment was scheduled to follow an appointment while they were already in my building. So no special trip to come over. I was charged $129 for being told that they couldn't diagnose my issue because there was no access. Further, there was no follow-up estimate for a new unit as I was told to expect.

I am a new client with Rossi AC. I was referred by a very reputable person and I am so pleased. Jaden came out to service my AC. He texted he was on his way, and was just very nice. He explained what he had done. We were having water issues where I live, but he just took it in his stride and still did a great job. Thank you very much!
