The office canceled the appointment first and then rescheduled my husband. When my husband could not make it to the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, they did not just refuse to reschedule my husband but also sent us a letter telling us to pay $40 as penalty! They never mentioned anything about the no show policy their office has. We were understanding of cancelation from their end but the office and staff has been extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Very good DR.
This doctor should retire. His office is out dated. His equipment constantly malfunctions. His phone system does not work well. Dr Schmidt bedside manners are horrible. He and his office lack good communications. AVOID THIS DOCTOR!
