If I could give a negative i would. Not because of the doctors but because of the receptionist Monica who likes to change rules depending on her mood and has a huge amount of attitude!!! I will be finding another clinic after today's interaction with her. She is snotty rude and on some sort of power trip! Dr. Hechler and Dr. Decter are both great but she has got to go.
I love doctor Decter for many years he has been an amazing doctor to me and my kids very friendly however I don’t understand what has happened but the front people lack compassion for others last time I wanted to see the doctor the lady’s at the front said I should see my family doctor as the walk-in is only for people who don’t have a family doctor last time I was there my mother needed a different antibiotic due to have an allergic reaction and the Hispanic girl at the front was extremely rude she said we have told u multi... read more
If only i could give them no star! Dr.decter was my former family doctor i came to him when I wasn't doing so good my meds got stolen and i had a concussion he was in strong denial about knowledge of that at the time new clinic on victoria. Doctor decter just took one look at me and walked with me to the waiting room and left. I finally got diagnosed with adhd,depression,anxiety and ptsd so thanks for nothing. #pillpusher
Dr. Decter is AWESOME! He makes himself available. He's down-to-earth. He knows his stuff. VERY VERY GOOD DOCTOR.
