Mr.Parks is very unprofessional and rude! I purchased a CFMoto Uforce 1000. The very first time my husband I took it out, the cab filled with smoke. We called and took it back the belt was worn and needed replaced at our cost. We took it back once and it was so hot it melted the clutch pucks.. It seems like every time we took it in it needed a new belt. We have had this since 2023 and have replaced the belt 5 times. Horrible service! They never answer their phone when needing to order oil for our boat. So had to make a trip in person and of course not in stock. We ordered the oil and made a second trip in and guess what? They forgot to order. We will not be back there again. Not sure how a business can function like that.
