I'd read these reviews but liked the look of the doors so I organised a quote. The sales rep seemed daunted by the job. I was keen to proceed asap. This was on a Friday and he said I'd have the quote by Monday. A couple of weeks later I called Rossdoor and the receptionist sounded shocked and said she'd definitely find out what was happening and get back to me/get the sales rep to call me. This was about a month ago and I haven't heard from them.

Disgraceful customer service, had the technician visit twice, the first time was told they needed a bracket so would have to reschedule and the second time was told that it was a much bigger job and would be more expensive. Would definitely not recommend!

Terrible contact and woeful customer service. No response to repeated phone calls, emails and visits to the office requesting servicing of a door that they had installed. After months of follow up and again having to visit the office, I received a phone call from the Service Coordinator telling me that it didn't look like an easy job and their guys "probably won't want to do it". These guys would be good if they could keep an appointment. Their prices are good but this is offset by their tardiness and belated courtesy SMSs sent 1 hour after appointment time/no show! Very frustrating after having arranged my entire day around the job they schedule for the SECOND time!
