Rossdale Homes is absolutely unreliable and communication with them is a nightmare. You cannot speak with you Site Supervisor until the Pre-handover; we could only escalate problems to Customers Service Office during construction, but they never passed info to fix issues. We still have a long list of stuff that Rossdale hasn't rectified yet. Now we can only write to the Maintenance Office which always replay with "Thank you for your email - this will be reviewed and responded to at my earliest convenience.". Nobody has come ... read more
