Wow what can I say. We paid $2,500 for design plans and a bid for exterior and windows. I recently asked them for an updated bid and no one responded for 2 weeks. I asked again, and was told yes they would do that. I then asked for digital copies of the plans, that we already paid for. Dons response to me was, "You can take the paper copies to Fed Ex or where ever and have them scan the plans and convert the plans to a PDF".
