My 13 year old daughter does CrossFit Kids with Ross Valley CrossFit. They are wonderful (Tony), work with all levels of knowledge and strength. I love that she is learning form and exercises she can do on her own as she gets older. A lot of kids are going to gyms on their own and not learning the correct form for exercises, this place they will LEARN it correctly.
Fantastic staff and owners and other members. The vibe here is super welcoming, and people do hard work. I've made great gains since starting. Absolutely will be here for the long run.
