Bought a McCormick CT55U back in 2009. Crimp on the power steering hydraulic line let go and can't be fixed on site. Ross says $500 in transportation charges and at least a month before they can get it in. Not my idea of lifetime service quality, kind of sorry I bought my tractor and implements from them.
They had all the parts on stock that I needed. They were friendly and very helpful.
Just made a great deal on my new 7ft finish mower from Ross. fast friendly staff, and the shop guys shared their expert knowledge and gave me some good tips. very satisfied customer.
