We saw Dr. Smith and he was outstanding. He was thorough, thoughtful, and went the extra mile. He spent lots of time with us. It was definitely a good experience and we definitely felt heard by him. He is highly intelligent and knows his specialty well.
Zero bedside manner, speaking to this dr went through one ear and out the other! No compassion, judgmental, rude and he got way to frustrated with me when I could not do what he asked me to do in the exam due to my obvious neurological issues very unprofessional! I refuse to ever be seen by him ever again!
I don't understand the bad review for this MD. He is a Neurologist. He is not there to listen to your problems; the referring doctor has informed him of what is needed, and he is trying to do his job in performing what has been asked of him and do a good job for you.
If I could put 0 stars I would. I went to him, told him all my problems and he didn’t even listen or write any of it down. All he put is that he thinks I’m using anabolic steroids and abusing them. My testosterone is 145 and my hgh is very low. And now all my doctors ask me about it, and my pcp told me she didn’t agree with that statement during the whole appointment and then she puts anabolic steroid abuse as well.
