Dr Ross Simon and his staff work well together as a team. From the first appointment throughout my procedure I never experienced a long waiting time. They always took the time to explain the information to me in detail and answered all of my questions with respect. The follow up from Dr Simon and his colleagues was exceptional as well. I recently had an appointment with Dr Simons. I honestly don’t have nothing negative to say about him, but his Wesley Chapel office really needs to improve the way they treat his patients. Since the first moment the staff was neither polite nor courteous when I approached the window. I really want to write a five star review after my wife Jan Conrad and I met Dr Ross and his APRN Sherry Cleveland for the first time on January 16, 2026. At that meeting, which was superb,, Dr Ross confirmed that cryoablation would be his recommended treatment for Jan’s circumstance.. It was determined that this would be performed by the team at Advent Health Interventional Radiology in Wesley Chapel, and it was suggested it could be scheduled to be done in “two weeks” Today, 3 weeks later, we have heard nothing from Advent... read more
