I recently had an appointment with Dr Simons. I honestly don’t have nothing negative to say about him, but his Wesley Chapel office really needs to improve the way they treat his patients. Since the first moment the staff was neither polite nor courteous when I approached the window. Thank God for Dr. Simon! He’s the most down to earth man and we love him! My husband had an issue with his prostate and to hear the C word is scary but Dr. Simon’s bedside manner makes you forget all the fears. Thank you for keeping it real and taking the time to listen and for not running in and out of the room like so many do. We can not recommend him enough
Dr Ross is respectful and helpful. Unfortunately, my insurance denied the procedure I really needed and instead of fighting for me, they sent me to my 5th different urologist of this year, this one 2 hours away. My genitals have been disfigured for 9 months now following a nightmare procedure at Advent health Wesley Chapel (Dr Vijay Ferris), and I'm still suffering everyday from the pain. My quality of life lessenps everyday, the more doctors I see and pass me along. I changed my original review.
Great surgeon and an even better person. Provides amazing care at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel.
