RSST immigration team has been great to work with. They did a great job helping with a challenging immigration situation which resulted in a positive result. They knew the best approach to take and communicated clearly what was needed.
Slow and sloppy. They took ages to put together our paperwork, missed the deadline that they had set, and the application forms had several clerical errors that luckily I spotted myself and had them fix. Every time I asked them something they replied with boilerplate text that was essentially a copy-paste from the USCIS website.
