We are visiting from Canada & my husband had an acute issue with his ear. We called urgent care & they recommended Dr. Shockley and he fit us in the next day! (Unheard of in Canada) He was friendly and caring and kind and had us fixed up and out so quickly. He also gave us ear drops for the infection. We were so blessed by his care, professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend him.
