If you want a doctor who listened and cares about your needs, see someone else. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Schmaeman. I came in to see him because my ears were muffled from a wax buildup. This is an issue that I have every year. I tried getting an appointment with ENT but they refused and said I needed to get a referral from my PCP or a family care physician. So I saw Dr.Schmaeman.
