We respectfully request that you consider refraining from engaging with this particular real estate agency. We were asked to submit an offer for a property and sign the contract of sale, but unfortunately, we did not receive any subsequent updates. After three days, upon reaching out to Luke for an update via text message, we received an email informing us that the seller had accepted a different offer. In general Ross Scarfone RE has performed well as our lease mgr. At the initial leasing stage the service provided by the agent was not always as prompt or helpful as could be wished, but in contrast we could not wish for a better property manager than the one assigned to manage our lease and our experience has been excellent

Very disappointing experience. We waited more than three weeks for an outcome on our offer, during which time the agent, Luke, did not respond to multiple text messages, phone calls, or emails. There was no communication or transparency throughout the process. Eventually, the property was sold to another buyer without any courtesy update or explanation. He has always followed up on our bills promptly and consistently showed up to help resolve issues left by previous tenants.
