Very disappointing experience. We waited more than three weeks for an outcome on our offer, during which time the agent, Luke, did not respond to multiple text messages, phone calls, or emails. There was no communication or transparency throughout the process. Eventually, the property was sold to another buyer without any courtesy update or explanation.
