This is a small business. We went with him because he's half the cost of all the big companies. republic charge a small fortune just to deliver their cans so we could pay them every month! He does a good job but it's just him. If you want to pay online And all that fancy stuff you're not going to like it But if you just want a nice person and good service you'll like Ross sanitation.

We have contracted with Ross Sanitation for 27 years. Not only has Mr. Ross been dependable, but is very personable and genuinely a nice person. When I see him he always takes a few minutes to say Hi. Whenever we had some unusual to dispose of he has always been helpful and reasonable. I highly recommend Ross Sanitation.

I've heard nothing but terrible reviews about this man. Not only is he mean and terrible to deal with; Not only will he give your quarterly bill with out even telling you, he'll show up and dump your trash all over your property with in only 3 days of getting the bill if you haven't payed him? They never even got a confirmation from him that they had even received his bill!! I never thought dealing with trash companies was fun but this guys company is absolute garbage.
