stay away of this place which is off of business integrity. Doctor is about to perform his treatment based on your insurance coverage and if it does not meet his numbers in $$$$$ he cut the corners and overcharge you before submitting the claim. in my case he did it twice- he performed unnecessary treatment, charged me upfront not even offered payment plan and when he been caught in this wrongdoing by me and insurance company still did not refund me with overpay amount by creating additional charge after claim filed ... read more
This is the second review I have written re Dr Dilionardo. (I am no stranger to customer service having been Program Director, Bureau of Consumer Protection, FTC). In a few words, Dr Dilionardo is terrific in all respects: readily accessible particularly during emergencies; expert and confident - my problems always seem complicated and he invariably fixes them, no muss, no fuss; friendly and welcoming, and much more than reasonable.
