I hope nobody has to deal with a doctor as unprofessional as Dr. Ross. Not only did he cause undue suffering to my family member, he was condescending and rude to my family. My family member fell and broke a bone and was admitted into an ER. The ER said she needed to see a specialist but unfortunately needed a referral from Dr. Ross to do so.
