Well, I’ve been asking to have an invoice mailed to me now for years. I always speak to a nice lady that explains to me that they can mail me out an invoice and something showing what I owe and about payment options...I have yet to get this information in the mail. She verified my mailing address, but still nothing. It’ll be 7 years soon and I’ve called them numerous times, so I guess I’ll keep waiting and it’ll be off of my credit eventually. Since 2014’ or 2015’...I’ll wait.
