Dr. Ross is very polite and professional. Him and his staff are both super great with our two kids and always do their best to answer any questions we may have.
Insulted my 75 year old mother who wanted to be his patient. He refused her (after giving her a couple shots and scheduled a mammogram) without any explanation. He could not even tell her to her face. He had his front desk staff tell her in front of all the other girls. She felt so bad when she left his office, she cried. She waited 2 months for that appointment.
