Tyler was great to work with for our wedding. He was helpful with our timeline, made recommendations, offers many extras to elevate your event. The day of the wedding was perfect. He and his assistant (I wish I could remember his name) were great. They were flexible, kept things moving and were very helpful. We had a bit of a medical issue with one of our guests due to the heat and Tyler was quick to jump in and offer assistance as he is an emt. Having been a guest at weddings that used Ross Productions as their DJ they were our first choice when it was our turn. Tyler made sure that from start to finish we were heard and supported making adjustments and offering advice. On the day Tyler and his team converted their ceremony set up on the fly to accommodate our plan C when rain changed our plans- this change was seamless and we were all set to start on time.
