There are some comments saying that items didn’t arrive, but at least at the moment there are absolutely no issues. After confirming stock, it was shipped immediately. J’ai commandé une poulie dumper quelques jours après avoir payé, ils disent que c’est pas dispo, ils ne répondent plus aux mails, on a aucun délai plus de nouvelles pour 780 €, et comme j’ai payé par PayPal, j’ai lancé un litige contre, je suis allé voir les avis et finalement c’est pour tout le monde pareil on commande, on paye mais on a jamais les pièces
I ordered parts (FB-9945) since 6 month and full money is paid immeditly, but no delivery and no communication from Ross Performance, this is the weakest costumer support ever in this business I made.
Sent in a part for exchange in January, was told it would take 2 weeks every time I’d call. Only secured a refund 4 months later after threatening a charge back through my bank
