Excellent repair shop. Timely, excellent repairs, kept me completely updated on the repair process. The repairs were perfect & so was the paint match. If I ever need autobody repair again I guarantee this shop will be doing the work. .
This is the worst place to take your vehicle. If you have an enemy and want to ruin their life refer them to this place
Ross Paint and Body has repaired my vehicles in the past and did a fantastic job. My car was hit while parked in Nov 2024, and I called Ross to do the repairs. Beacuse they did such great work in the past. The receptionist immediately told me they would not take me on as customer when I advised the insurance claim was filed under the other party’s insurance The General.
