Ross Paint and Body has repaired my vehicles in the past and did a fantastic job. My car was hit while parked in Nov 2024, and I called Ross to do the repairs. Beacuse they did such great work in the past. The receptionist immediately told me they would not take me on as customer when I advised the insurance claim was filed under the other party’s insurance The General. They asked me to file under my insurance, AllState. I obliged and afterwards left a message with Ross to schedule. About a week later, I received a call back... read more
Owner doesn’t seem to want to work on anything other than deer strikes. Non responsive and just lacking passion. Call Tachoir in Clariton, they are responsive and professional!
They did a great job repairing are dent. We would highly recommend their services
