Shady sales tactic of adding freight charges at document signing. Yamaha recommends $300-$400. Ross Motorsports added $1,459.00 freight on the final page of contract & claimed they were “required to by Yamaha USA.
To expensive and add a lot of hidden fees.

Ordered parts for my Yamaha boat motor over a week ago. I receive a text yesterday that my parts had finally showed up, I get to the store at 9:10 to pick up parts and now I’m told they mailed them to my house. I like to shop locally but I’ll order online myself next time and save myself the headache. I could of walked to the Yamaha plant and back faster than the parts will make it to me.
Their service department is great. They give you all the info you need to get your ride fixed. I had a minor issue but they took care of it and did a great job. Thank you.
