Sold my mortgage the day after closing on my home. Was given recommendations for a home inspector and was completely screwed. I don't even think FHA did a walk through as there were several violations upon moving in. In 5 months i have paid for electrical updates, roofing updates, new garbage disposal, sewer and plumbing problems.
