dont believe it they will feed you hopes and dreams and not fulfill any you will pay for appraisal and foundation inspection to be told now appraisal will cost more so then you suggest since havent done appraisal maybe should just ask for that back so dont lose it and they will send them out real quick so that money is lost to then will say place needs all kinds stuff and when you message and ask now what do we do or what do you suggest next you will get no response at all
