Called on a Saturday evening with a water leak. Came out to our campground the next day to replace our faucet. Very nice e gentleman. Great service at a very reasonable rate. Even answered a few unrelated questions.
AC stopped working during recent camping trip. Too hot to try to tough it out. Took it to Ross RV and they were able to recharge the unit rather than replace it. Very Pleased with their work and thankful they first tried to repair it. Thanks guys.
While camping at Caddo Drive Campground I experienced catastrophic awning failure due to defective design and parts. Getting the awning secure enough to drive home (NLR) was more than my wife and I could do. We called Ross Mobile RV Repair and Jeff was on it in less than 15 minutes. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. If your RV needs "some professional attention", Jeff at Ross Mobile RV repair is your man.

Jeff was amazing!!! He came out and trouble shot my hot water heater. The person before had put the parts in backward. He corrected the problem and everything works as it should!!! The previous owner of the Rv had also mixed the wiring up. He trouble shot that and fixed it. While here he also corrected my kitchen cabinet doors. He is such a great repairmen/electrician/ mechanic!!! I’ll use him from now on!!!
