I just spoke to a lady who was very rude. She yelled at me and told me I was doing my payments wrong. She called me sensitive and disrespectful and put me on hold like I was a child. This lady should not be in any customer service role. A lawyer from Ross, Midian & Breitmayer, LLC contacted our company about a tax collection dept that we supposedly owed. After a few minutes conversation, we quickly realized that she had the wrong company (similar but different name, different address, tax collection on a tax that is not applicable to our business etc). The lawyer was rude and could not conceive that she had reached the wrong company. Brian came to my house after i got out of the hospital from my auto accident. Made me feel like a real person not just a number and made Me feel safe and secure and made me feel like he and RMB had my back. Took care of everything he possibly could and whenever there were/was a change with my case he was sure to keep in good contact with me.
