My friend saw Dr Ross yesterday. Doctor was so rude. He was practically yelling at him. My friend is hard of hearing. Doctor had his back to him talking. Was upset that friend couldn't hear him. Friend was a total mess when he came home. To top it off he prescribed a med that is not recommended for a person with asthma. He almost went to the ER. He will never ever see him again

My husband and I both have been seeing Dr. Ross for almost 18 years. We will keep seeing him until he kicks us out. :)
