I’ve been seeing Dr. Ross for about a year now when I first went there his daughter was the receptionist extremely nice… he’s a one man show and that’s what I’ve been looking for…. He explained everything in detail….Due his current office staff I will not be using him anymore…. Very poor communication and not good at her job…..I’m still waiting over a week for my blood results she never returned the call from the lab to get the results so I picked them up myself and had them sent to another Dr….would not recommend!! My friend saw Dr Ross yesterday. Doctor was so rude. He was practically yelling at him. My friend is hard of hearing. Doctor had his back to him talking. Was upset that friend couldn't hear him. Friend was a total mess when he came home. To top it off he prescribed a med that is not recommended for a person with asthma. He almost went to the ER. He will never ever see him again
