Dr. Ross is great, but the billing department is a nightmare. I paid a bill in full over 2 months ago, yet keep receiving late notices for it. I've called and been assured times that it would be fixed and marked as paid, only to get another notice weeks later. I’ve even sent in a photo of the receipt. It's clear the billing team doesn't care to fix their own errors. I wouldn’t recommend him and his team because of how this has been handled.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Ross for about a year now when I first went there his daughter was the receptionist extremely nice… he’s a one man show and that’s what I’ve been looking for…. He explained everything in detail….Due his current office staff I will not be using him anymore…. Very poor communication and not good at her job…..I’m still waiting over a week for my blood results she never returned the call from the lab to get the results so I picked them up myself and had them sent to another Dr….would not recommend!!
