I agree with Samantha L. ~ We have phoned them & get no answers. No help with our issues. We've been out there 4 times in as many months! We continue to get the run around. And just now, when she asked me if I wish to leave my name and number for a call back from the manager, ha! That's a joke because HE NEVER CALLS BACK! Customer service is poor. Didn't want to do anything about issue. Pretty much customer is wrong!!! Will NOT go there again!
