I used Ross & Matthews, PC through LegalShield for assistance with an employment wrongful termination case. Although it took some time to be assigned to the right attorney, once my case was in progress, the service was excellent. Ms. Ackermann, the lawyer assigned to me, was amazing. The 1 star reviews pretty much explains a consistency of unprofessional service, lack of knowledge, Disrespect and the list goes on . Ross and Mathew’s the worse intake/lawyers . You’re better off talking to the defendant than them . That’s how bad it is. They call you like they are irritated and already want to hang up , Which they do. I do not understand how they are still in business if they Do nothing but make calls and hang up .

I could not be more frustrated or disappointed with Ross and Mathews. Unfortunately, this is the only option through Legal Shield, which has gone downhill dramatically in my opinion. They do not communicate or update you with any consistency. You have to call and always experience a long hold time (10-20+ minutes) to speak to someone who will relay the message and have someone call you back, maybe.
