Disappointing Decline in Ross & Matthews’ LegalShield Service As a long-time LegalShield member, I’ve relied on Ross & Matthews for years, but their service has significantly declined. Recently, I called regarding a critical house-related legal issue and didn’t receive a callback within the promised 4-hour window. Horrible… it’s been 4 business days and still have not heard back from an attorney. Their definition of as soon as possible must be a month.
Really bad experience and does not honor the 8 hour business guarantee.
Before they were excellent. Now they have stopped giving legal advice and instead they have become a referral firm and they send you to an outside lawyer who is greedy and tells you up front that you have to pay $400 an hour
Signed up for their Webinar on making a will. Sat in the meeting waiting for it to start....guess what...It never did. Totally stood anyone waiting up. Not a good first impression. Bye Bye.
