I must echo other accurate reviews, where it was stated that if you value your boat, time, and peace of mind, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROSS MARINE! After it was obvious that the technicians and managers at this yard were not competent in resolving my boat's engine-related electrical problems, they spent over 20 hrs scratching their heads and damaging my boat, and then after wasting a week of my time, they charged me for their worthless work. their management continues to say they know what they're doing, and obviously they do... read more
If you value your boat, time, and peace of mind, DO NOT do business with Ross Marine. They overcharge, under perform and under deliver. Slow, Incompetent, negligent, and absolutely no accountability or pride in their work. A complete waste of time and money, and my boat is in worse shape than when she got there.
