Incompetent staff and doctor. Wife went to see him with a history of problems. He tried to bill her for preventative care. That's not covered with our insurance and they were notified. 9 months later still getting collection agency calls. This man obviously doesn't care about his patients AVOID THIS OFFICE!
Today, I had to go in to found out about my hemorrhoids. I was nervous to see him because i had bad experiences with dr's, but today, i felt so comfortable with him. Dr. Hempel is knowledgeable. He told what I have. His staff was Amazing I highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr Hempel is very compassionate and takes the time to listen. THe staff is very nice as well.
Dr Hempel is amazing ! He is very caring, takes time with you and the best surgeon in this area.
I’ve been searching for my medical records concerning procedure done by my previous doctor who retired for a year. I didn’t get any results from my Health Insurance and my Gen. Practitioner could not find them. The staff here went out of their way to search and “ My Angel” - Venessa found my records!!! Kind and Wonderful Caring Staff. Now I can finally get my procedure done and know I’ll be in Caring Hands!! Thank you All! Mary Ellen
