Did not have to wait long. Receptionist was cordial. Dr. Germani was great! He took time to listen, actually looked at my sinuses (unlike the previous ENT) and talked about a plan going forward. Glad I made the switch.

Dr. Ross Germani was beyond exceptional with our 14month old daughter. She has had an ongoing ear infection and she was not receptive to the antibiotics given to her and we were on our wits end to get referred to an ENT for tubes. Everyone at Carolina ENT was beyond exceptional in getting us seen pretty quickly and having tubes scheduled the next day. I will recommend y’all and sing your praises to come.
