I initially spoke with Dennis regarding my case, and he advised me to wait until Progressive fully denied my claim and to obtain updated imaging before following up. I did exactly that and called back about two months later with new information, including updated imaging and an IME rebuttal. I had to make a review., if you're looking to find an attorney I highly recommend Ross law... Beth Wilcox was my attorney and she did a phenomenal job representing my case the rest of the staff/Attorney's does a great job as well all the way down to the receptionist their environment just made me feel so welcome and comfortable like family sending me into the holidays and New Year's with a fresh start and for that I LOVE ROSS LAW
