Extremely unresponsive, but you have to continuously call/email in order to keep them working on your case. I assumed they were doing their job and just left them alone for the first 3 months after hiring them and absolutely nothing was done. I didn't find that out until I called multiple times to finally get them on the phone. Again, multiple times throughout my case they would just leave it sitting if you don't call literally everyday to keep them working.
