Dr. Ross show no care or quality service towards her patients who've been with her for years. It's very difficult to get an appointment with her. Her staff is rude and lack customer service. I have diabetes and high blood pressure, and it's very difficult to get my prescriptions filled when I run out. The pharmacy can never get in touch with her staff or reach her regarding inquiries as it pertains to prescriptions and when I call, I never get an acknowledgement of my call or a return call. Office if terrible. Cannot get in to see Doctor for sick visit can only get in with advance notice of at least 2-3 weeks. Also when you leave a message for a call back you do not get one.
I have been a patient for over 5 years now. My only complaint in the past was the long wait time before being seen; at least 20-30 minutes in the waiting room and then another 10 - 20 minutes in the exam room before being seen by Dr Ross. I stayed because the care was excellent and she caught a misdiagnosis by a different doctor. Now I am looking for a new physician; not returning phone calls or updating the patient portal. Taking over 3 weeks to provide a referral or care update
Dr. Ross had personal issues which she took off to take care of her husband; life happens to everyone! She is an excellent doctor who takes her time with her patients. She is methodical, current in medical research, and she is a good listener!! Dr. Ross does not believe in under or over medicating her patients. I struggled for years with an incorrect diagnosis; she is the only doctor who has aligned her suspicions with mine. Now, testing and taking necessary steps to ensure right treatment.
My appointments were canceled by the doctor's office twice in ne one month and now by I cannot get my medicine refilled because they say that its been too long since I've seen the doctor. If you're lucky enough to get an appointment and keep it you will be waiting at least 45 minutes. How can they be accepting new patients when they can't even make time for the ones they already have.
Since getting out of the military, I was excited to see how real medical care works. Dr. Ross is friendly, but she does not explain anything on why she's prescribing you medicine. Then, when you ask her questions via email, she never responds and apparently her staff knows nothing about it. I've been asking her for two months to take me off/switch the medication she put me on and there has been no response, I asked her staff about it and they had no clue what I was talking about.
