Was recommended to take my dog here after a terrible experience at another practice. The whole team were lovely and Paula went out of her way to get further information and costs on optional treatments for my dog, which she had removed a large cancer from, and then called me to advise me of the options. It's obvious she cares for the animals she treats and is extremely thorough. Highly recommended.
Very good intial consult
Visited Ross Island Vets for routine puppy vaccinations and had a fantastic experience. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. The vet was excellent—she took the time to answer all my questions as a first-time puppy owner, which I really appreciated. Having previously had a disappointing experience at a chain vet clinic, it was refreshing to find a place that offers genuine, old-fashioned quality care. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The best clinic!! I have been here three times with my dog now and Paula and the team are amazing and go above and beyond. They listen to me as I make out like I know far more than I do (1 year of vet nursing here ), they clip my dogs nails while he is in surgery and today they found some skin cancer and sorted it too! They are absolutely amazing and I am so grateful to have found a wonderful team to provide care for my special boy as he moves into old age! Thank you so so so much guys!!
