I really enjoyed not having a heater this winter. This company put in a new HVAC system and failed to come back to complete the job they were paid to do. Apparently, they were too lazy to come back and remove the old AC unit sitting next to the new one in my back yard. Also, they only had to do one last small thing to make the heater work and they couldn't bother to do that for us. I really appreciate their neglect to finish a job they were PAID to do. This is unacceptable.
Ross HVAC Solutions are the best solution for all your residential needs. Mr. Ross was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the needs your home requires. He gives you all the information to help maintain your system. Additionally, he will maintain your system, because he has provided technical support to different HVAC systems. This company is an all around! Call Mr. Ross!
I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He took care of the ac unit and made sure I was aware of everything he did. I will be using him in the future.
Will was great. He arrived, diagnosed and repaired my AC in a short time. He explained everything in terms I could understand. He also gave me tips on maintaining the unit. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Ross HVAC Solutions to all.
Hands down one of the best maintenance and repair experiences I've had. Whereas every other HVAC company I had look at my system simply told me I needed a new one, Will took the time to analyze my system and replace what needed to be replaced, do a conversion on my air handler so that it worked with the condenser that he had to replace, and ultimately saved me a *lot* of money, all while making recommendations as to how to get more efficiency and life out of the equipment I already have.
