Requested complete system, ducts, wiring, pipes...caved in ceiling above upstairs landing after 3 floodings due to old PVC drain pipe clogged, left old system up in attic...this was Me. Ross's son but request went to Mr. Ross. Heads up. I just run window ac's upstairs. Good price for 5 ton system (5k overkill for space). No respect and a waste of money for incomplete job with ongoing problems

I really enjoyed not having a heater this winter. This company put in a new HVAC system and failed to come back to complete the job they were paid to do. Apparently, they were too lazy to come back and remove the old AC unit sitting next to the new one in my back yard. Also, they only had to do one last small thing to make the heater work and they couldn't bother to do that for us. I really appreciate their neglect to finish a job they were PAID to do. This is unacceptable.

I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He took care of the ac unit and made sure I was aware of everything he did. I will be using him in the future.

Will was great. He arrived, diagnosed and repaired my AC in a short time. He explained everything in terms I could understand. He also gave me tips on maintaining the unit. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Ross HVAC Solutions to all.
